Anna is such a gifted photographer. Her work is gorgeous, super ethereal and natural-looking, so myself and my partner were delighted to have an engagement photoshoot with her. Best of all, her previous work is full of people who look just like us – long-haired, tattooed weirdoes frolicking around in nature, perfect!!

 

In spite of our plans for the day going slightly askew, our photoshoot was completely stress-free, and we all had a lot of fun. My partner in particular is quite camera-shy, but Anna really made us feel at ease with her kind nature and gentle prompts for poses. She really captured a core element of our relationship, too – that we’re just a pair of idiots who love to laugh together!

 

Anna’s so friendly, too. She’s genuinely interested in us as people, and she’s really easy to talk to and be around. Not to mention, she was just as excited by my mad hair-brained ideas as I was – her eagerness is impressive! It feels more like working with an old friend than anything else.

 

It’s a huge relief to have found a genuinely alternative wedding photographer who really gets me and my partner, and the kind of things we love – someone who gleefully photographs my tattoos and piercings, my partner’s scruffy Vans and ripped jeans, who wants something more than your average white wedding, just as much as we do.
